Ontario Content

When the Government of Ontario instituted its Feed In Tariff Program ( FIT ), one of the provisions was that Renewable Energy Generation facilities must have a high Ontario Content ( 50% ) in order to be eligible for the advantageous prices for electricity sold to the Ontario electrical grid.  FIT applications from companies that do not meet the Ontario Content requirements will not be granted FIT contracts.
Inversion/Conversion equipment from HPE is engineered, designed, assembled, and tested in Ontario, so its use will greatly enhance the Ontario Content of any generation facility applying for a FIT contract.

The table below demonstrates the Ontario Content on a typical Ground-Mounted PV array built by Hybridyne Power Generation, a sister company within the Hybridyne Group of Companies.
